2006 President's Letter

Dear ERRA Members and Associates,

As the 2006 President of the Eastern Regional Reprographics Association, I invite you to attend this year's 58th Annual Convention and Tradeshow to be held in Baltimore, Maryland, at the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel October 13th through 15th. We return to Baltimore a second time in 5 years. Many of you will remember the beautiful Inner Harbor from our 2002 Convention and Tradeshow. Enclosed in this packet you will find all the information you will need to register for this event. Our website will also include this same information www.erra.org.

As always there will be door prizes courtesy of many of our fellow reprographers and vendors. Theresa Williams, form National Coatings, is in charge of this much appreciated part of our program and an information letter is enclosed in this packet.

We have decided to "bend" a little from our traditional lineup. We have decided to part ways from the normal golf tournament. Instead, David Brownell has arranged for any interested parties to reserve your own tee time with a local golf course. Contact info is provided within this mailer.

Friday's tradeshow, beginning at 3:00pm (an hour earlier than normal) will be our official Convention kickoff event with Dee Kesten in charge. There will be cocktails and hors d'oeuvres served as we take the opportunity to network, face to face visits with our Industry Vendors and renew acquaintances. The Tradeshow will be followed by the President's Dinner.

Following our annual Business Meeting Saturday morning, Silvia Dugan, ERRA Vice President and Program Chair, will open our Educational program on Scanning and Content Management. This program will continue after lunch for a couple hours and promises to provide you with a unique look as our Industry continues to evolve into new opportunities and strategies.

The weekend's events will conclude with a Networking Cocktail Reception. Dinner Saturday will be on your own and a sampling of area restaurants are enclosed for your consideration.

I hope to see everyone there this year as we continually look to provide a very beneficial and informative Annual Convention.

Sincerely,
Craig E. Perry, ERRA President

2005 President's Letter

Dear Fellow ERRA Members and Associates,

It is an honor and a privilege to serve the ERRA as president this year. For more than 50 years, the ERRA has provided educational and networking opportunities to reprographers throughout the northeast. For those who attended our 56th Annual Conference and Trade Show in Mystic Connecticut, I hope you gained information that will benefit the growth and profitability of your business, and that you enjoyed a fall weekend in New England with family and friends. The vendors who participate in the trade show are an integral part of the success of our annual convention. This year was no exception. We truly appreciate your continued support.

I hope that you will give serious consideration to renewing your ERRA Membership, or joining for the first time. The strength of the ERRA lies in its membership and, whether your company is large or small, you have something to offer this organization which serves our industry. As a member of the reprographics industry, the ERRA is your association and, as a Board of Directors, we want to ensure that you realize value through your membership and participation in association activities. I encourage you to contact members of the board with your questions, concerns, and/or suggestions. We value and need your input as we develop educational programs and training seminars.

The board will spend a good part of the coming year planning for our 57th Annual Convention and Trade Show at the Hyatt Harborside in Boston Massachusetts. Boston is a city rich in history, culture, and commerce. I hope that it will not only be the lure of all this great city has to offer, but also the prospect of gaining valuable, industry-related information from vendors and peers that will encourage you to attend our 2005 conference and trade show.

On behalf of the ERRA Board of Directors, I wish you a healthy and prosperous new year.

Yours truly,
Kimberly J. Clements
President
