2006 58th Annual Eastern Regional Reprographic Association Convention and Trade Show

This year's 58th Eastern Regional Reprographics Association Convention and Trade show will be held October 13th and 14th in Baltimore, Maryland at the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel and Conference Center.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel. You can make resevations by calling 410.962.8300. A special rate of $195.00/night for single or double occupancy with a room tax of 12.45% has been set up for this event. Please specify ERRA Convention when making your reservation to qualify for this special rate.

As always, there will be door prizes courtesy of many of our fellow reprographers and vendors. Theresa Williams, from National Azon, is in charge of this much appreciated part of our program.

We have decided to "bend" a little from our traditional lineup. We have decided to part ways from the normal golf tournament. Instead, David Brownell has arranged for any interested parties to reserve your own tee time at Diamond Ridge Golf Course. For more info and to download a sign-up sheet, click here.

Friday's tradeshow, beginning at 3:00pm (an hour earlier than normal) will be our official convention kickoff event with Dee Kesten in charge. There will be cocktails and hor d'oeurves served as we take the opportunity to network face to face with our industry vendors and renew acquaintances. The Tradeshow will be followed by the President's Dinner.

Following our annual Business Meeting Saturday morning, Silvia Dugan, ERRA Vice President and Program Chair, will open our Education Program on Scanning and Content Management. This program will continue after lunch for a couple of hours and promises to provide you with a unique look as our industry continues to evolve into new opportunities and strategies.

The weekend's events will conclude with a Networking Cocktail Reception. Dinner Saturday will be on your own and a sampling of area restaurants can be found here.
